They have added a PSR model that is a thread over brake, but I can't tell if it also contains an anti back off taper component.

I'm not sure if it has an anti back off taper component but I do have a ton of rounds through their PSR can on the Surgeon PSR rifle and I've never had an issue with it backing off. It is a very impressive can when you look at repeatability and cold bore shift. I shot it on 3 different 338 LM's and everyone of them had a .75 moa POI shift straight up when the can was installed.
