Gunsmithing AX Stock question with a timmy 510 trigger

i have a Remington 700 sa and have a AI AX Stock for it im replacing the reg mark x pro trigger with a timney 510
dose the trigger guard inside the AX stock need opened up any were for it too fit?
I heard mixed story's that it dose and dose not have to be opened up some because its a wider trigger shoe

Sometimes it does. Seen a thousand of them and some do, some don't, so plan on it needing to be done. Also, check the clearance of the safety pin once inside the stock. If unsure of the pin, cycle the safety on and off and you will see the pin sticking out on the left side of the trigger when cycled.

Mine did not need any, and has a good amount of clearance to spare.. All 2013 production (barreled action, Timney and AX). YMMV as stated above.
