I have an MPA Axiom WTO SL rifle in 6GT. MPA told me the tenon for the SL barrels are 0.100" longer than the non-SL barrels to accomodate the SL.
Can non-SL Axiom barrels be easily modified by a gunsmith to work with the WTO SL action? Is it that easy or am I missing something?
I understand the barrel would have to be headspaced as the shoulder was bumped back, but is that all?
