It appears to be very much like a 30-338, except that the shoulder is pushed back another 0.10", to form a longer neck.

When I had a 30-338, I formed my brass from WW 338 brass with a single pass neck down.

If you don't have dies, then give Redding, RCBS or Huntington's a call. Huntington's was always very helpful to me when I had a wildcat that needed feeding. Z-Hat also lists chambering reamers of the 30 FBI. They make custom dies as well.

I have a 30FBI It was built by my good friend Billy Baker
silley as it may seem it was buit to shoot parie dogs.We put a 1 in 12 twist hart SS barrell on a flat bottom mod 700 action and one of McMillians baker special stocks. I shoot 150gr balistic tips with 75 gr of IMR 4350 it gets the job doen quite well especialy in the wyoming wind. As the the others have said it's just a 30-338 with the sholder set back 0.10
Billy built several guns in this cal for 1000 shooters and a few hunting as well. I met him in california just after he had retired from the navy and kept in contact with him and had several guns in different cals. built by him until his death last year. We will all miss him.
