Gunsmithing B&C Medalist stock repair necessary?

I bought a used B&C Medalist for my SPS. It has a small nick that almost looks like a round bubble that popped.
Will a small spot like that cause any trouble later, like the fiberglass delaminating?
Could it be filled with epoxy? It is a very small spot.
Or am I worrying about nothing?

I would only worry about it if the nick/ crack is in the in-letting for the action /magazine/trigger guard area
