I have seen this a couple times and seems like a cool way to level it with your rifle vertically. It may seem like a gimmic but has anyone used this?

My bad I meant to post this link. Are you talking about the bubble level? This appears to into the action.

After a couple of weeks of looking around the net for the "best" scope mounting kit I ended up going to the local Menards and picking up a couple small standard bubble levels for around $5. After installing my scope, the local gun shop checked it for free using both the clamp on bubble levels and the T alignment tool and found it to be perfectly aligned. Sometimes all that is needed is a little common sense and patience.
