I had a Remington 700 a while ago, but sold the package and went without, stupidly I might add.
I'm grabbing another tonight in trade for an AR I built, but need to grab a scope, rings, and base for it.
Remington 700 sps 20" heavy barrel, black, new never fired......
* Bell and Carlson stock
* Wyatt outdoors detachable magazine kit with three 5 round mags
* Timney adjustable trigger ~ 1.5-3 pounds
* bipod, either a harris or rock steady
First time owning a bolt gun with a mag kit. I read decent things on this kit. Current owner says it feeds and cycles ammo fine.
If I end up really keeping it, I hope to change the stock to a Mcmillian A4 as I really love the style and looks.
Besides scope, rings, base, and maybe a sling anything else I should grab for it? I need to find ammo to feed it which looks like fun at this point.
I have a 100yard range within 30 minutes and am a member of another range with 400 yards which would be the longest i've shot.
Looking forward to putting some rounds through it.
