12x8. 1 spot for bench shooting, 2 spots for laying prone
With swing doors
We can get 800 here and 1300 in the field next to use
800 is more than I need right now

Very nice. I've also gotten tired of suffering the heat in the summer and cold/wind in the winter.

Last summer I realized that I have a spot in my barn (unused) from which I can get every inch of the 300 yards I get from my open range 100 yards away. My project for next summer is to build a conditioned, insulated enclosure (cheap window A/C in summer, electric heater in winter) in the barn. I like the small, sliding window idea for rifles like you did, I may steal that. Then a full-height door with a halfway split for pistols.

Talk about nice! I like your style.
Don't have much cold here in CA to worry about.
I can deal with heat...It's the hot sun beating down on me while Im shooting that is challengeing, hard to concentrate. I wanna get a lightweight/portable shade system. Or a bigger boonie hat.
