I've got a 20 MOA IMUNS, a PVS 30, and a nightforce 3.5-15x50 which is also on a Badger 20 MOA rail. Anyone know how high my rings need to be to align with the clip on? The ones on there now are pretty low and aren't going to cut it. I'm guessing 1.5 inches should do it. I was looking at a Badger PSR unimount with some 30mm ring reducers as a solution. Anyone happen to have a similar setup?

I'm running the BO 20 MOA IMUNS / Base on my Mk13 and am using BO Extra Highs (1.375"), but with an S&B PSR 5-25x56mm scope (pictured below) - absolutely no issues aligning with the AN/PVS-30. I'm also running the 1.375" rings on my M110 SASS and have had no issue with my Mk4 ER/T 50mm scope lining up with the AN/PVS-30. You could probably go a little lower on the rings, but I don't have a definitive answer for a cutoff height as everything I own is within the 1.375" - 2.0" height parameter. Hope this helps.
mtxtwelve looks like your a touch low on perfect alignment with that ring height. norseman, ihave the badger psr 1.5 and a sphur 4002 1.5 and both are exact alignment for the pvs-30. its not critical that they are perfect but doesn't hurt either
Norseman1950 if you're worried about the aesthetics of alignment, per say, then 1.5" is what you want. Performance is not affected if it is slightly off e.g. my 1.375" ring height. I swapped to the rings because the mount caused ejection issues in the sense that, upon opening the bolt after firing, the spent casings were hitting the clamp of unimount and bouncing back into the action, so I'd have to pluck each cartridge away. I tried moving the mount into different positions on the base, but couldn't find a suitable eye relief. The rings mitigate this issue.
MTxTwelve appreciate the info. Couldn't care less about the aesthetics, frankly I'd rather have the scope lower as long as it works.
I'd considered doing an M16 extractor mod to my bolt. But have had second thoughts about it because of the ejection angle issues you describe. I'm assuming your bolt has this mod?

What did you end up going with as far as ring height? Just order a refurb pvs 30. Currently running 1.45” rings on a RPR. Worried a bit about alignment .
Thanks, any concerns with quality or sight picture with the 30 not being perfectly centered with the objective lense?

No the reciever has a 20Moa rail on it. And the front is 0moa. Honestly probably will switch back to a 0moa on the receiver. Only thing about the razor scope they only have 32 mil of adjustability In them. With a 20 moa rail you get about 5 mil more in adjustability.
Well that’s why I am entertaining going back to a 0 MOA on the reciever. Right now with zeroed at 100 yards and the 20 moa I have about 23 mils up, meaning I would go down to only having 18 mils. I have hopes and plans on rebarreling it to 6.5 and trying my luck at a mile so I may need it then. Right now I’m hitting steel at 1000 yards with a dope of 11.2 mils. I bought the rifle used and it already had to 20 moa rail on the reciever.
I use the Badger mounts, the one piece and the SASR rings. I believe they're at 1.5" but whatever they are they're dead on for the PVS30. It's all I use anymore.
As for cant, I have a Larue SPR mount and it has some built in MOA that I wasn't aware of right away. It's on an MR/T and though it's canted a bit, it still works fine.
But ideally you'd want a Badger mount with no built in MOA. They also have lots of specialty caps for mounting SIMRAD, ACI, railed caps, etc.
I'm sure there are other fine ring and mounts available, but Badger just left nothing wanting.
