i was going to post this in the equipment section but i figured I would get hunters opinions on these packs....trying to decide between a badlands ultra day and a badlands diablo pack...just looking to use them as one day hunitng and hiking packs...I know there are better packs like eberlestock and mystery ranch but with the current recession i cant really spend more then $150 and these packs have a great warrenty...if anyone who used these packs can send me in the right direction and give me some personal opinions it would be greatly appreciated

Re: Badlands Pack Question?

I had and used one of the Badlands 2200 packs for a few years. It was a great pack, very well made, and fairly light for it's size. Either one of the packs you listed would work great for a daypack. I would probably pick the Diablo since it has the internal frame. You can't go wrong with either one though.

Re: Badlands Pack Question?

i have the 2800 and i use it for about everything.its been a good pack for the 3 years ive owned it.besides when it gets wore out and abused looking i plan on chopping it up into pieces and send it in for the warranty.hey dont hate on me for this there the ones who offer a no fault warranty

Re: Badlands Pack Question?

thanks for the info guys.....i bought the diablo pack after getting to see it first hand...i know they were great packs already as i own a 2800...was looking for something smaller but with a larger centrel container if that makes sense...2800 just caries to much on outer pockets and in its bottem pocket...plus i wanted to have a pack for warm weather hunts...BTW i checked out the 2200 and liked it more then my 2800
