I just got the chassis today and notice the area you'd put a bag is cut out. The chassis stock is setup so you can put a rail on it and run a monopod or add some type of bag rider they sell. I haven't put the rifle together yet but am wondering what you guys are using on this chassis. Obviously I can't get behind the rifle yet to try it out. Never ran a monopod and doubt I'll like it. I've got a handful of rear bags I use, just not sure they'll be tall enough for the cutout in the stock. How are you guy setting up these chassis, bagrider or not?

Personal preference I think. I have an angled bag rider on mine, but that’s how I bought it and that’s what I’m used to.

I guess I'll have to see when I get behind it. ANyone have a bag rider for the chassis they want to sell, let me know.
You want one of the shitty plastic ones KRG used to include with the W3s?

And the full-length ones are only $30-$40 for the plastic ones, direct from KRG (like in the link I posted).

Do I have any other options? Will aftermarket bag riders fit the KRG stock? That one in the picture is tiny. I see on the KRG website they have longer ones that fill that entire space up under the stock. I'd probably want the full size one or the angled one if I'm going to shell out some money for it. I'm surprised my rifle didn't come with that tiny one in the pic.

Not sure why this is so difficult for you. KRG has multiple options with the least expensive being only $30. What is it that your are actually looking for, besides sympathy?

Difficult? I'm asking if people with people with the chassis felt it was necessary or were ok without it. You must be one of those guys who has nothing better to do. I don't have a problem spending the money. I just don't want to buy it and not need it. Sorry for asking for opinions. I thought that's what the forum was for.

If youre handy with a saw you could whittle one to fit pretty easily to test it out?

I did go a couple years without it though and once I had it I sold the thing so how much it made a difference I cant really pin point.
