Ballistic App and 22LR Match Barrels

I read CZ MTR barrels have a 0.219" grove diameter. With a ballistics app, e.g., 4DOF, when entering bullet diameter should the value be 0.219" vs .223", the lead bullet effectively being virtually swaged down?

Put one diameter in and then look at your dope for say 500 yards. Then input the other diameter and again look at your dope, I think you'll find it doesn't make a difference.
