That is actually how Bancat phoenix-eye's entire threads without even making a physical appearance.
I had always thought that the phoenix eye was a particle beam weapon launched into orbit by Lowlight shortly after the site's terraforming, equipped with a precision aiming turret and forbidden thread topic keywords uploaded into it's AI for round-the-clock monitoring without a human crew at it's controls...

Somebody needs to make bancat hats and shirts to give away as awards for the more deviant.
I can see a shirt that reads,
"Bancat was here, 6 times this year"
on a couple of recipients..?????
Thereby, encouraging more deviancy.......
