New Zealand's Barnard Precision has launched their new web site and have two target tacticle rifles that are very nice -the 07 and the 10 .
I have shot both of these rifles and they are both slick little machines.
They havent populated the site fully yet with images but still worth a look at one of the better made actions on the market today .

Re: Barnard Precision web site

They are very nice rifles .The stocks are fairly similar to the XLR range of stocks which are very nice .

The Barnard fits into other stocks also -see in the rifles page -Users Photos, my own rifle which is a AICS stock and SM short action in 260 -it shoots better than I can and I am not to bad a shot !
I have often wondered if others on this site use these actions in a tactical configured rifle like my own -Barnard are more known for target rifles but have built these very nice tactical configured 07 and 10 models .
From what I have heard from gun smiths these are the bee's knees to fit barrels too because they need no truing up as they are machined to near perfect tolerances -hey but I am biased and have 2 already and will have a third when I get their PChey single shot model for my new 375 cheytac. A well machined action and a good barrel fitted properly means great accuracy providing your ammo is good--ah heaven
