I'm going to reload a barnes 168gr ttsx bullet in my 300wsm. The question is between the R15 and R17 which would you use and why ? And if you would share your load data that would be nice also. Thanks Danny

I would go with Rl-15 around 60 grs which is almost max. should see around 3000 fps. RL-17 will give you crazy speed, but it has been accurate only in some of my rifles. Your 300 wsm would see better results with h4350 or H4831sc. Set them barnes .050" off the lands if they fit the magazine.Work up in .5grs and you'll find a node.
