Anyone have reccomendations on a starting load range with TAC powder and the Barnes Match Burner 69gn? I picked up a box of the bullets last week to dial a load for target shooting with my AR. Thought I'd check the group for any trends people may have found if any. Below are what i'm working with for reference
Aero Precision build with 16" 1:7 barrel ~350rounds through it with a Geissle SSA-E trigger....Shoots 1/2moa with handloads and decent factory loads. So I know the gun is a shooter for an AR
I've already set head space on brass to 0.004
Trim length is 1.175
Primer: Rem Bench 7 1/2
Using TAC powder (gun likes it in all my other loads)
Goal is to get a match grade load built up for some local PRS style shooting and see what kind of effective range I can get out of this build. Anyone have any powder ranges that seem to be consistent for this barrel/twist? Any nuances found with Match Burners?
