Barnes Precision?

I am a proud owner of one of these with a Viper PST on top but have yet to break it in. Being from NC and close to the builder, I like buying local and thankfully didn't pay anywhere near the MSRP tag. Support seems great and have spoken with the owner personally twice.

Anyone else used this brand before?

Quality rifles. You can't go wrong with BPM.

Put about 200 rounds through her so far. 100 of those without glass just to break the action and barrel in. Barnes has really tight tolerances, as my first several dry rounds that I chambered to check clearances had to be motared out of the weapon. After 100 rounds everything is like butter now.

When my father in law gets back into town we'll head to the range for a little friendly competition between his RPR in 6.5 Creed and my setup (we have the exact same glass).

Barnes Precision rifles are excellent. Top notch and very good accuracy. Never a problem that I’ve heard of and I know several shooting them.
