A somewhat local company is offering Barnes headstamp 300wm. brass for sale. They claim it was built by Quality Cartridge. I've never used Barnes brass and never heard of Quality Cartridge Co. Any first hand experience among the Brotherhood of the Hide? Info appreciated! S.
