Your video was vindication LW!

When I first took mine out back in '08' (before the depression!

) there was a Polish guy shooting a couple benches over and he couldn't help asking me what I was shooting. Mine's a AR10A4 and I had no illusions of 1/2 MOA groups. So when he asked me how I broke it in, I told him, "you're lookin at it amigo!"

He was greatly displeased. He actually was something of a harpy on the matter.

I implored him to do what he wants if he thinks it works for him and I'll do the same, thank you...

Funny thing is, that rifle was a hammer at 100 yards last Saturday firing,
168 gr SMK
BR2 primer
44.5 gr. Varget
2XF Winchester cases
2.820" OAL

Found this article (or a copy of it) quite awhile ago and it answered my confusion as to why such elaborate procedures were necessary when you pay all that money for a barrel that is supposed to be hand lapped and match grade.

This is great!!!! Only thing missing is a Bus Load of "Break-In Gurus" having strokes while watching this.The 6mmbr link posted by chase102798 makes a lot of sense also.
