Gunsmithing Barrel contour for PRS

I'm rebarreling a Tikka T3 to 6.5x47L. What's the lightest contour you would recommend. Thinking 22" long as it will also be an occasional hunting rifle.

Med Palma, Marksman, or Rem Varmint/Sendero. I would also look to stretch it a few inches if you could. Maybe 24".

Flutes or not? If you have one that shoots lights out but is heavy, would you flute it, turn it, or replace it?

I did m40 and had it turned down closer to tikka contour at the action. Next tikka is getting Remington style recoil lug so I can leave the shank larger.
