I am finishing a Mega .308 build and had a question about contours. I opted for the 16" barrel (going more tactical), but I also went for the .875 contour and straight fluted. I wanted to keep it as light as possible, but I am not a fan of thinner barrels. Am I wrong for going .875 on a 16" barrel?
