Gunsmithing Barrel swap question.

I am currently having a custom 6.5 lapua built on a Surgeon 591. If I had the smith cut me a second barrel, say a .308. How difficult would it be for me to swap barrels periodically?

Very easy. You need a barrel vise, torque wrench and surgeon action wrench. That is all.

Don't forget a go gauge.

if the barrel is fit to the action, you can omit the gauge.....but only on THAT action.
