Barrel Twist in a Model 70 Youth Ranger 243

Hi everyone. I have a Winchester Model 70 Youth Ranger and I am trying to determine the barrel twist. Does anyone know the twist rate? Can I call Winchester with the serial number and have them provide it?

Put a cleaning rod in the bore with a jag and tight fitting patch. Run it to the end and put a reference mark at 12 o clock on the rod right behind the bore guide. Pull the rod until it makes one full revolution and measure the distance from the reference mark to the bore guide. That's your twist rate.
