Barreled action, without the stock?

Is it possible to order a barreled action from a manufacturer without the stock ?
My idea, is to buy a Tikka 260 and put it in a MDT ESS Chassis.

Or...

Buy a howa BA and drop it in whatever you like. Their BA are really really good and shoot so effin straight. Pretty accurate if you ask me!

Yeah, i have a couple custom builds, but i really like what i'm seeing from Tikka, so i thought i could put together a really nice 260 for around 2K (without mounts and optics )

You should be able to do that easily...just buy any tikka in the action length and bolt face you need, order a prefit barrel exactly how you want it, buy the chassis you want, and throw away the factory stock and barrel. With the tools needed to do the job, it should come out to right at $2,000 depending on chassis cost.
