I have been thinking about this all day. If I dail my barrel in indicating off the bore will it really matter if the outside diameter is not exactly concentric to the inside diameter. It seem that it would not be that big of a deal if the chamber and threads are cut true to the bore but I am not for sure. The reason I ask is I would like to resize a Bartlein barrel blank that is already cut to a heavy varmit. I am worried that if I do this will i have to indicate it in dead nuts to the ID. Next question if I take small easy cuts will it add stress or to worst case warp the barrel that may affect the it in negative way. Will it cause incosistencies in accuracy adn could it cause flyers. Also will fluting the barrel cause the same problems or am I overworrying and can I go for it. I can only cut it once.
