Barrels that will fit POF barrel nut

Hey 'Hiders, I have another question for the experts. I just picked up a POF upper/lower/MMR set off the classifieds. I remember reading awhile back that the barrel nut/heatsink on the rail prevents you from mounting certain barrels. Can anyone give me some insight here? I want to install a heavy barrel for target shooting.

the barrel nuts are aluminum, very easy to have them opened up to fit larger diameter barrels.
