Barrett 98B opinions

I have been looking at getting into a 338 Lapua and I want to try one out that is more of a "production rifle". I have always thought that the 98B was cool looking but does anyone have any experience that they can share. thanks in advance!

Well keep in mind that looks arent everything. The 98B is a good rifle and the 338LM round is amazing at extremely long range. The price tag is quite a bit up there though.

I had the pleasure of putting about 50rnds through one a couple of months ago and I can tell you it's an excellent system. Just be prepared for the tears when you write the check

98b is really nice i do not own one, but have fired one "don't get the arrow-head brake" they make much better ones", JP has a nice one
