Bartlein #4 contour

Putting me a 20 in. Tactical/Hunter together in 308win. and all thats left to get is a barrel. I'm considering the #4 contour in a 1-10 twist but don't want it to light weight that I give up the ability to shoot long strings at the range or occassional match if I want.
I have had builds done in other contours, lighter and heavier, just not this one.
So anyone running this barrel and contour? If so, would appreciate your thoughts on it. Or would the #5 or 13 be a better choice

At 20" doubt you have any trouble with heat walking shots, but you could go to a Light Palma. Waffled on a 4 or LP for a 6.5 project and went LP.

It's real close to the Rem contour which works fine for alot of people. It's another option as is the LP mentioned.

Excellent barrel maker choice but some free advice? Order it very soon or you might be behind the list of orders that will be coming in from SHOT.
