I have a brand new Bartlein 7.5 twist MTU contour barrel chambered in 6mm Dasher. 26”. It has a .104” freebore and .274” neck.
The reamer used was a JGS #1318 and cut by Buffalo Creek precision in Washington state. Very competent gunsmith who chambers a lot of match rifles.
It will run Alpha or Lapua brass without issue. I used Alpha.
I had two cut at the same time and the first one absolutely hammered (pics below).
It was cut for a Defiance Deviant action and will headspace perfectly on both my Deviant actions (bought completely separately). Will most likely headspace on any other Deviant or need very minor fitting. It’s ready to thread on and shoot.
Barrel has zero rounds down it.
