If i went with a 20 moa badger or seekins base, what size rings would I need for an AI AXCS? It is my understanding that medium rings do not give sufficient clearance on the free floating rail. My scope is a NF 3.5-15 NXS.

Based on historic responses from others here, a height of 1.265" for a 50mm objective will suffice in clearing the forend. I have also heard a report that the 1.25" Badger rings worked as well. For the 56mm you apparently need around a 1.375" ring height. Some users confirmed the NF Ultralites worked in these heights. Not sure about the Badger or Seekins equivalent.
