Mine is an EGW Tactical 25MOA base
Warne 213 Steel Rings
4-16x50mm TTMD scope
With the above listed combination I have 5/16" clearance of the scope objective and the barrel on my Savage 10FPLE.
I will be using EGW's HD Tactical for my Precision Carbine build. It is a lower profile base than described above.

Badger 20moa base and low profile rings on my Remington 700 .308 and zero problems.
When you mount the rail skim with marine-tex or some other epoxy to get the best contact with the reciever. Use plenty of wax or other release agent on the reciever and screws.
When mounting the rings torque the rings to the rail with 60 inch pounds then torque the top screws to 15 to 20 inch pounds. It will be solid. I use a little blue loctite but I am OC.
