I went to a WW2 reenactement at Ft. Dix the late 80’s, and had paperwork/took an MP40, kinda scary/surreal.

I travel a lot for my job and I have always said the Newark airport is constructed as if they took all of the leftover building materials from every other airport in the country and just threw it together with no plan. It’s old, it smells, had to be (unsuccessfully, it appears) retro-fitted for TSA; then once you exit the airport, the roads resemble the streets of Lebanon after the bombing, the people are a-hole drivers, and well, other than that, it’s paradise. I hate that place. But, like Fig said, the bagels are delicious.
