Bat actions in a Manners mini Chassis, will it fit

Has anyone had any luck fitting a Bat repeater short action in a Manners Mini Chassis? I have a T5A that has the Mini chassis that works for Rem700's, Surgeon 591's and Defiance. The Bat claims to be a 700 clone so has anyone put one in a mini? The action is a VRPRIC.

**I called Manners, but the young man on the phone sounded very "unsure" and could not tell me exactly why or why not it wouldn't fit. Just looking for some first hand experience. I don't need to hear "I think it will fit", I need to know for sure.

I don't need to hear "I think it will fit", I need to know for sure. </div></div>Hi Trevor, This is a off the cuff answer and I would need to verify, but I am pretty sure that the VRPRIC has the machined in pic rail and recoil lug. If so the area behind the lug will have a small step to it, this area would need to be releived on the chassis to fit. I also think that the lug sits back about .05" from a remington. If you would like, you can always send the action and chassis back to us and we can fit it. If it is a matter of just releiving for the step, you will still be able to use for the rem700, but if the lug area needs to be cut, you will no longer be able to use it on remingtons. The new BAT tacticool action fits all remington 700 stocks and will fit the AICS/AX stock no problem.
