BCG for 300 Blk

Is there any advantage to using anything other than a standard weight BCG in a blackout semi?

Majority of time will be shooting super but will delve into subsonics on occasion.

All of the shooting will be done supprssed.

I run a standard wt bcg in both my blacks. The short barrel has a pistol length gas system and cycles great. The carbine length system in my rifle took a bit of fine tuning, but mind you, I wanted it to run everything from supers suppressed to subs unsuppressed. It runs everything but subs unsuppressed and from what I know you can't have all of it with one gun. Besides who would shoot Subs unsuppressed for any reason?
I tuning I mean I tuned my spring to everything else. In full disclosure I do not have an adjustable gas block on this gun.
