I'm planing to turn my Tikka T3 lite into a long range hunter. I have a rock creek 6.5 blank and want to start acquiring more parts. My original plan was for a 6.5creedmoor. However, now that I am getting more into long range hunting I'd like to have the extra power for dropping game. I had planned on getting a Manners MCS-t with the CDI BDM, but I'm thinking the 6.5x284 is going to be too long for short action mags. What are my best options for long action bdm and mags that can go in a Manners?
