Gunsmithing Bedding manners eh1

First time bedding a rifle to start with. My stock has aluminum pillar inserts. Would like a lead on some good videos to watch and pointers on anything specific to bedding this particular stock. 300wm ,700rem action and barrel, bdl bottom metal. Pointers, sources and materials to use would be greatly appreciated
