I got a 64MPR in 17HMR. With the stock it came with it shot very well. I sent it off to have Manners put it in one of their MCS-GAT stocks and bed it. Now it shoots even better. I would shoot the rifle first, if it is not shooting how you like then bed it. Most Anschutzs shoot great right out of the box.
