Up for sale is a bell and carlson completion adjustable stock with ptg m5 aics dbm for a Remington 700 short action. Color is black with red webbing. I have performed a few minor modifications to the stock. Barrel channel had been opened to fit the rear diameter of a heavy Palma contour barrel, the recoil pad was removed and the cavity under it was opened up. I then added about a pound and a half of lead/resin mix. The resin/ lead mix was poured in a plastic bag first so it IS NOT adhered to the inside of the stock and IS removable. Also you may notice the rear of the stock is all black on the underside. The texture of the stock was tearing up my rear bag, so I sanded down the texture, repainted that are of the stock with black spray, and covered it with a piece of clear 3m adhesive vinyl. It now slides in a rear bag very nicely. The stock has also been skim bedded with devcon. There are some voids, but it shot very well so I never filled them in.
This is a very nice stock for prs, FTR, or any other project you may have on the bench. The stock retails for $395 and the bottom metal is $138, for a total of $533.
