Gunsmithing Bell & Carlson bottom rail options?

I have a Bell & Carlson light tactical stock (model 2956) with the dual studs, and would like to mount a rail in place of the dual studs so the bipod can come off easier. Does anyone make a drop in unit that would fit the existing studs (spaced ~2.5 in. apart)?

The Seekins Precision sling mount looks nice, but to use it would require drilling and tapping a new hole for one of the bolts. Probably not a big deal, but a drop in fit just makes it easier.

Im curious too. I think I have seen another brand that has one slot and one hole but I can not find it again.

I found the one I was thinking about, but I dont think it will work either!

It says 1.3" - 2.25" so if your looking for 2.5" it will not solve the problem.

We just dont get enough interest to make and stock a 2.5" version for the BC stocks. You should have aluminum in your forend so drilling and tapping a hole would be a easy solution.
