I've got a 391 Urika double feeding from the mag tube. Started yesterday. Bolt / trigger group removed, cleaned etc. shell catch in the receiver cleaned and lubed. Same thing happened today. If just loading one in chamber and one in mag, no issue. It's not every time, but more often than not that it doubles. Suggestions? Thanks.
