Bergara B14 action on 700 stock

Have a Remington 700 stock with AICS bottom metal. Can I drop a Bergara rimfire action right in?

Usually yes.
But like many AICS magazine systems, bottom metal may or my not play nice with the magazine you have.
A stock or chassis with an adjustable magazine catch or the L3I magazines that have an adjustable system or some tape/small file job may be required.
