edit: I realized when I was taking pictures the 2nd sling swivel stud is not in the forearm. I have it, and it will be reinstalled prior to shipping. thanks

Has this stock been bedded? Or is the black in the receiver channel just missing gray paint?

Not bedded. Cleaning solvents caused the paint to loosen and bubble in those areas so I removed it with my fingernail.
