Gunsmithing Bergara HMR Stock

Looking for some advice on there HMR chassis/stock.

Does anyone know if the bottom metal is changeable to a different brand?

Also wondering if a SAC Alpha 11 Action will fit in it.

Any information/advice is much appreciated.
