I'm hoping to shoot a match June 14th, I have a recipe now for the Juggernauts using 2000MR. Problem is, I don't have enough bullets to run the match. MH said 2-3rd week in June to get these in. So, Question is, are powder charges the same with the two and I know I will have to try various seating depths to find a sweet spot. It's a 1000 yard match, single load. Even though my OTM recipe is mag length(2.840) I won't need the VLD's to fit in the mag. I do have a "WTB" on the forum, this will be second choice to work the VLD's

Any advice on this topic would be appreciated.

I'm assuming that your shooting an F class match. The bearing surface is alot different between the vlds and the juggernaut. You'll likely have to up the charge a bit to achieve the same velocity with the vlds, therefore changing EVERYTHING in respect to harmonics, burn rate... Ect.
IMHO, I'd be digging a little deeper in searching for the Juggernauts. Bc is .547 with the vlds. .560 with the juggernauts. Basically you'd be starting from scratch considering they are 2 TOTALLY different designs. If you've got plenty of time to work up a load and get them shooting , why not use the vlds. But I'd stick with the load your used to shooting. Just my 2 cents.
