Under $320? I shoot from 25 to 200 yards with a Mueller 8-32x40 target reticle scope.
Side focus/parallax adjustment, sun shade included for about $250 with a 30 mm tube.
I've had no problems after 2 years of weekly use. Clear glass, fine cross hairs and target dot
with no problem holding zero trip after trip to the range. It's no Weaver, but with a T-24 costing
about $425 and a T36 being about $450, for a third less the Mueller does the job.
The Mueller on my 455 SST Varmint Lilja 17 hmr.
My range and rodent control rifle.

nikon buckmaster target dot or fine crosshair if you can catch it on sale

dare i say the B word - barska 6-24 target dot around 65.00 to 100.00. had one that actually worked rather well for a season of silhouette, then i sold the rifle, don't know how it'll hold up in the long run.
but if for BR competition, you definitely want to invest in a weaver T series or a leopold.

Tough to beat the Mueller price for what you get. OTOH save up a little more money and get this one. Sightron S-II 36x2mm Fixed Power Target Rifle Scope FREE S&H 30156. Sightron Rifle Scopes.

Weaver T36, I have 3 and have never had any trouble out of any of them. You can actually watch the bullet coming in and hitting the target at 100 yards.
No experience with the Mueller. Just about everyone in my area uses T36 or a Leupold 36. I hope this helps ya.

Over your budget by a little bit but I echo the T-24 or 36 with the 1/8th minute target dot... strongly recommend spending the extra if bench bullseye is your game.

Love the Meullers! 8-15x44 AO mil dot. For under $200 you can't beat it.

op i have seen to many BSA scopes go titsup at the local match here in HILLBILLY town, i have learned to stay away from them
