I’m wanting to get another barrel for my 300 Blackout pistol. I assume that something between 9-11” with a twist of 1-7”. I’ll be shooting both sub and super sonic ammo, but mostly subs, I’ll be shooting with a suppressor full time. I’m wanting to find the most accurate barrel I can get. What are some suggestions?

I would go with Craddock Precision. Great barrels and he is pretty cheap when you consider what you are getting. If you do not see that length, call him and I am sure he will do it! My upper from him shot .6" groups with factory ammo.

Just started shooting a 300 Blk Pistol build. Aero Precision upper and lower with 10.5 inch Rosco 1:7 barrel. It likes 125 Sierra Pro Hunter with 17.8 grs of W296. 3/4 in. groups at 50 yards with a Red Dot.

I tested 3 300blk barrels when I got into 300blk 2yrs ago. My buddies kept telling me 300blk was a fun range toy and not an accurate gun. I set out to prove them wrong. After the first 2 barrels tested I was starting to believe them. All shot like shit. 1moa was best case but more like 1.5-3. I decided to test one more barrel and got a 10.5" Rainier Ultramatch (Shilen blank). It was a hammer out of the box. One of my favorite and most accurate semis.

I bought an Aero 8.5" 300 blk upper (they use BA barrels, right?), threw an Anderson BCG in it, and built out the lower, eotech sight. I only shoot it suppressed (I do need to get an adjustable gas block to tone it down a little....). But free hand I can hit a silhouette steel target with supers and subs at 100 yards at probably 85%. And standing, bracing the gun against a vertical post, I can hit the same target at 300 yards with supers at probably 60% and I would consider myself an average shooter. The misses are on me, not the gun.

Point being, I wouldn't get too caught up with accuracy unless you only want to shoot small groups in paper. This cheap build I did is plenty accurate.

I have sevral Bison Armory pistol length 300 BLK barrels. The all shoot like the target posted above at 100 yards. 10.5” semi auro barrel shooting like a bolt gun.
