best all around scopes for savage 338lm

OK guys. New to the 338lm just got mine looking for ideas for long range scope 2800 price range mostly Oregon hill to hill shooting thanks

Nightforce NXS at a minimum (Nightforce, US Optics, Schmidt & Spender etc.), seriously do not go cheap on glass. I shoot a pos 308 with a Nightforce and get better groups than I have any right to.

I have the NIGHTFORCE,really like it,I agree with Dirty D, don't go cheap on your glass.

OK so we have a couple night force which model yes want mil mil but narrowing it down which would u prefer and why sorry just want the best opinions out there

I shot a friends 12-42 NXS Mil-Dot over the weekend and really liked the additional power over my 20 power.

Premier 5-25x56. Very postive clicks with more positive clicks every full mil makes dialing easy without look at turrets. Crisp clear glass. Reset zero stop or zero windage without any tools except a spent case. Put a 40 moa base and there is more than enough elevation to get any caliber to extreme distances with a large margin.
