The best weight is probably a matter of opinion but this one should do just fine.

ive had good luck with 168 and 175 grain sierra matchkings (SMK) both shot well under half an inch at 100yd

That twist will stabalize 155-190gns no problem,but youll have to find out what the barrel will shoot best with.Every barrel is diffrent and will prefer its own pill.

My AI barrel shoots anything from 155 Lapuas to 190 gr JLKs great.

+1 That twist rate will stabilize a wide variety of bullet weights quite well.
