Best Caliber for Berger 7mm 195 gr EOL Elite Hunter Bullet

Got a good friend wanting to do a build for Berger's 7mm 195 gr EOL bullet.

Anyone shooting this bullet and having good success?

What was your experience with finding brass available for the 7 SAUM Sheldon? Considering a barrel and chamber change from 7mag but it seems that finding brass could be an issue and might just stay with 7mag.

Norma brass was on the shelf when I built mine, but I think it's been hit/miss since then.

I’m getting a 7SS spun up for just this bullet. I’ll use the 175 Berger as well but I really like the 175 in my 280ai at 2800 FPS

I’m using H1000 in the 280ai and will use that or R23 in the 7SS. I’ve got a load with the 160 accubond, H4831sc that is a one hole group at 2850. I’d like more speed but the accuracy is great and I don’t think a deer will notice the 100 FPS difference.
