best collapsable stock riser

Re: best collapsable stock riser

Which collapsible stock do you have installed on your BM?

I ask because the only half-decent option right now (unfortunately) for a cheek riser on a collapsible stock is the Larue RISR for the Magpul CTR stock. This is due to the fact that fixed cheek risers on collapsible stocks can interfere with the charging handle's operation if the stock is collapsed to any position other than fully extended. The Larue RISR reciprocates to the rear moving the riser portion back out of the way when you pull the CH back.

Any of the snap on/clip on type risers will cause problems with proper operation of the rifle and should be avoided.

Here is a link to the RISR:

Good luck!

Good luck! </div></div>Spot on advice. The only thing I might add-on while you are placing an order with Larue, look at the POD for the CTR stock. If you are going to be shooting it prone with a rear bag, it is a must, IMO.
